What does an Amazon launch involve?
Mostly the catalogue, not the account. The hard part is turning an existing catalogue into flat files that Amazon accepts, with the right product types, attributes and variation structure, and images that pass the main image rules. I build the files, run them through validation before upload, read the processing reports, and fix what comes back.
The reference project is two Etsy shops merged into a single US Amazon account for one brand owner: Etsy API exports, Python flat file builders, image kits, and a set of purpose-built tools for validation, image distribution and error triage. Everything learned there became a reusable playbook, which later launches like a handmade leather goods brand started from. The parts that break most often are written up in moving an Etsy catalogue to Amazon.
How is Amazon listing content written?
From keyword research on the actual category. Titles, bullets and descriptions are not adapted from the Etsy or Shopify copy. Main images are made compliant, and secondary images are planned as a set. Live listings get audited for organic search coverage after launch.
What does ongoing Amazon management cover?
Catalogue health: suppressed listings, variation breaks, attribute changes Amazon rolls out, new products, and the monthly audit of what is and is not ranking. I run the same checks on my own brand.
What is in the free listing audit?
Send me a live ASIN or your storefront link. I will come back with what is holding the listing back in search and conversion, and whether it is worth fixing. No commitment either way.
