AI automation for e-commerce operations

Not a bolt-on. It is how the rest of the work gets done properly at scale. I build custom tools for the parts of e-commerce that are too big to do by hand and too fiddly to do carelessly.

What tools have you built?

Five for one project alone. For the Etsy-to-Amazon consolidation I built pre-upload flat file validation, distribution of approved white main images across every ASIN, a reader for Amazon’s processing reports that separates real errors from noise, a listing content workflow, and an organic-search audit of live listings. They now support every Amazon launch I run.

For Shopify stores I use a custom site audit tool with conversion and RTL review modules, and a connection-safety framework so that running several client stores at once never touches the wrong one.

What does automation change for a store?

Consistency. Catalogue work that used to take days of copy-paste gets done the same way every time, and the checks run every time, not only when someone remembers. The tooling is built around your catalogue and your platform rules, and it stays with the project. The Amazon errors these tools catch are described in moving an Etsy catalogue to Amazon.

Questions people ask

Is this an off-the-shelf AI tool?

No. Each tool is built for a specific job in your catalogue, such as validating a flat file against the category template or auditing live listings against current rules.

What kind of work is worth automating?

Work that is high-volume and rule-based: hundreds of listings, flat file rows, images or translations that all have to follow the same rules.

What happens to the tools after the project?

They stay with the project and keep running on later uploads, audits and catalogue changes.
